About

Hi there! My name is Declan, and I'm an industrial designer with a passion for creating products that are not only functional, but also bring a bit of fun and quirkiness to people's lives. From my time studying at the University of Cincinnati DAAP, to my various design internships at companies such as Deckers, Fossil Group, and Stanley Black and Decker, I've always been drawn to projects that challenge me to think outside the box and utilize technology in innovative ways. As a designer, I believe in taking a human-centered approach to my work and always putting the end user first. I have experience in everything from concept development and trend research, to prototyping and engineering collaboration, and I'm always eager to take on new challenges and learn new skills. In addition to my design work, I'm also skilled in tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator, and have a strong sense of branding and secondary packaging design. I'm a creative problem solver with excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills, and I'm always looking for opportunities to push the boundaries of what's possible in the world of industrial design.
